Hi, we need to remove the primary admin and replace with another. I am also an admin but I cannot remove the primary admin as he is no longer with the company. Thanks.

It's good to hear that you're an admin on the account as well. While an admin has many of the same user accesses that the Primary Admin does, one key thing that an admin cannot do is change who the Primary Admin is. This is why you don't see that option in your account. Often, the easiest thing to do is ask the current Primary Admin to change the role over to someone else if they're no longer going to be with the company.
