I would like to report my Quickbooks expense for my taxes - how do I do this - is there an invoice I can receive from Quickbooks?

How can I understand my total quickbook expense for the entire year

Yes, you will receive an invoice once you're charged for a QuickBooks subscription, Assaf. There are three options to check how much is the amount you paid for your subscription or your QuickBooks expenses. Below, I will show you the details, insight, and together with the steps to check how much you paid in QuickBooks.


In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can check the amount how much we've spent with your subscription.


Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QBO as a Primary Admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under Profile, click Subscription and Billing.
  4. Select View payment history.
     

     


Aside from that, once you have placed the order or you've resubscribed to your subscription in QB, Intuit will send you an email notification with the details of your charges or the invoice right away as long as your email is registered as the primary admin of the account.
