The awesome thing about QuickBooks Online is that you can invite your accountant to your account, and there's no more sending files. I can let you know how your accountant can be added to your account.
If you go to the Gear Icon >, Manage Users > Choose the Accountant tab, you can send an invitation to your accountant. You can review the process in more detail in this article: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.
