How do I cancel my subscription. This is very frustrating to not be able to do this anywhere in my program.
I'm sad to hear you'd like to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, but I know how important it is to only be using the services you need for your business. With QuickBooks Online, we like to keep the power in your hands when it comes to subscriptions and I'll go over the options for cancelling your account.
When you've subscribed directly through Intuit QuickBooks, you'll be able to manage your subscription right in your account through the Billing & Subscription section. To access this section, follow these steps.
If you have multiple accounts, you'll be taken to the Account Selection page where you can choose the account you're looking to cancel.
Once in the account, click the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
Click the Billing & subscription tab.
Select Cancel subscription.
Follow the steps.
If you're not seeing that tab, it could mean one of two things: you're paying your accountant for your account and they have control of your billing or you subscribed through the Apple or Google Play store. If you've been paying your accountant, get in touch with them to discuss cancelling your QuickBooks account.
