Keeping on top of your QuickBooks Online and add-on subscriptions like Payroll is the perfect way to manage the expenses you have to run your business and make sure you're apprised to any changes. I'd be happy to go over how you can review these subscriptions so that you know where to go to see the information you're looking for.
Where you'll see your subscription information is largely dependent on how you subscribed to QuickBooks Online. If you subscribed directly through the mobile app, the subscription is handled via the app store subscription centre. In that case, head to your app store subscription page to see the subscription details.
If you subscribed through our website, however, the subscription information is available via browser and can be seen when you log in and follow these steps.
- Select the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
You'll see both your QuickBooks Online subscription as well as the Payroll subscription information in that tab and can make changes as needed.
In the event you mean you're trying to access the Payroll module via the mobile app, that isn't currently possible. The mobile app is designed for quick work and doesn't include all of the features that you'd have access to in the browser. To use the Payroll module, please open a browser on your computer or you can also use a mobile browser, although the computer browser may offer a better experience.
