Hi there, BLPS. Since there's no direct cancel option for accountant-paid subscriptions, you'll need to transfer the billing to your client first. Once they accept the transfer, they can cancel the subscription from their end.
You can provide these steps to your client on how to cancel the subscription:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Subscription and billing.
- Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel.
- Follow the on-screen steps. After your cancellation is successful, you’ll get a confirmation.
