Hi there, Rob. We have two options to get records older than two years. Generally, Intuit only displays the last 6 months of billing online, but the billing history displays the two (2) years of bills for both our monthly and annual subscribers.
The first option is to check your email archives for any messages containing Intuit Payment Confirmation or QuickBooks Subscription. Intuit sends a PDF receipt for every transaction at the time of billing. This method is typically the quickest way to locate older records without having to wait for support.
Another one is to reach out to our Live Payment Support team. For security and privacy reasons, Intuit does not store more than 24 months of billing history in the user-facing dashboard. Only a support agent can pull archived invoices from their internal billing system and email them to the account's Primary Admin.
If you need these for tax purposes, you can check your bank or credit card statement. They can trace and serve as proof of payment to Intuit, provided the statement includes the payee name and transaction details.
