Have you tried open your QBO account on private/incognito browser?

Welcome to Community! It's great to see you reach out for assistance here. Being able to access your account from anywhere on any device is a great way to stay on track with your accounting needs. QuickBooks online provides access to your accounts with ease. I'd be happy to assist you with logging in on your laptop.
If you haven't done any troubleshooting steps, I recommend Clearing Cache. For instructions on how to do this for different browsers click here. Once you've completed the steps to clear cache, I'd suggest opening an Incognito or Private browser and proceed to qbo.ca > Sign In. Ensure you're using the correct Email and Password associated with your account. If you've forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password. This will send a Password Reset Link to your email. When you receive the link, Right Click on it and open it in a Private or Incognito browser. Proceed to Sign In. This should do it!
