Thanks for joining us! Adding users to your account is a great way to get some help with your daily tasks. QuickBooks Online gives you the flexibility to add, edit, or delete users. I'd be happy to share more on this.


Depending on which QuickBooks Online plan you use, you have a specific number of users that you can add. If you've already reached your user limit, that could explain why you're unable to add a new user. Check out this article for more details on that: How many users can I set up?


In case you've not yet reached your limit and you're unable to add a new user, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software. You can ensure your app or browser is running the program as designed by following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
