I'm not able to change the email address that I signin with.

I'm following this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/update-your-email/change-the-email-address-you-use...

 

I have tried numerous times to change the email address in the sign in & security section of my Intuit account manager.

 

When I try to change the email address it says the following:  We need to make sure you’re you first. Refresh the page and try again.

 

When I refresh the page it says the same thing.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
