Hello there, Linnea. Are you using a free/trial plan? If so, this can also block the deletion of your data. You must first cancel the plan before you successfully delete the data.
Here are the steps:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Head to the Gear icon on the upper right of your screen.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions and Billing.
- Click Cancel.
- Once canceled, return to Data and privacy and retry the account deletion.
Please note: If the trial cancellations shows an end date in the future, you may need to wait until the date passes before deletions are allowed.
