QuickBooks Online makes managing your company's product and service list a breeze. Adjustments to quantities and rates can be done in just a few clicks, so let me give you a hand.
Here's how to adjust the rate for your products and services:
- Navigate to the Sales tab on the left.
- Choose Products and Services along the top.
- Locate the product or service from the list and hit Edit in the Action column. If you haven't set up any products and services of your own just yet, you'll be prompted to create one. Follow those steps to do so, then you'll see the list that I'm referring to.
- In the new window that appears, enter the Sales price/rate and the Cost if you purchase this product/service from a supplier.
- Hit Save and close when you've finished making changes.
