If I subscribe for $15.12month.I am trying to open a new account/file/company ID.Do I have to upgrade or pay for a second account.Seems a bit and costly.Any tips please

Can I only have one account/companyID per monthly subscription.

Yes, you would need to pay for a second subscription. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), each subscription only covers one company file. If you want to create a second, separate company with its own books, you would need a second subscription.
