Is it possible to create an account for a book keeper? I want to give a user permission to go to the list of transactions in the "banking" tab and attache receipts.

Is it possible to create an account for a book keeper? I want to give a user permission to go to the list of transactions in the "banking" tab and attache receipts.

At QuickBooks Online we take security very seriously and allowing you to set up user permissions is one of the ways that we do this. I'd like to help go over how to set up permissions for your users.

 

User permissions is a great way to allow them to access only parts they would need for work. There are a few different types of user permissions you can set up which are:

 

All access
All access Payroll access)
Limited (customers and sales)
Limited (suppliers and purchases)
Limited (customers and sales, plus suppliers and purchases)
None
