Is there a way to add e-transfer as a payment method for employees pay?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  At this time, the option to pay your staff with EFT in QuickBooks Online, is unavailable.  However, this can still be accomplished another way.  I would be glad to help!

If you have Direct Deposit activated, you'll want to switch the option to Paper cheque, when running payroll.  Once you've completed the pay run and printed the paystubs, you can manually send the EFT directly from your bank, as long as you have the correct email address for your employees'.
