QuickBooks Online Accountant has the option to invite a client, @info2146. Otherwise, you can also invite them as an accountant in your company.

 

The prompt message you've encountered could be due to an expired invitation link. To address this, we can ask your accountant to resend you an invitation so they can start managing your company.

 

However, if they have already done that and yet you still encounter the same prompt or error, we can perform the troubleshooting that will eliminate common problem with cloud-based applications like QBO.

 

To start, let's open your company file in a private or incognito window. This method will help us ascertain if the problem is related to the settings of your existing browser. Here's how to do it:
