My bank is constantly pinging me (RBC) to access everytime Quickbooks trys to sync. Its nuts. Especially with multiple companies and accounts. How do i turn this off?

Some banks handle third-party connections differently. They can have policies requiring verification for every connection or download attempt. To prevent prompts as QuickBooks updates your entries, I recommend contacting your bank to explore solutions for easier connectivity.

Additionally, note that QuickBooks automatically syncs transactions daily. There's no option to collect your entries and manually sync them all at once whenever you need them.

On the other hand, disconnecting your bank gives you the flexibility to manually import transactions at your preferred time.
