If you can access your QBO account as the Primary Admin, you should be able to navigate the Billing and Subscription menu.

Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online enables the billing to be transferred seamlessly. However, based on the information you've provided, transferring the billing to your firm will be somewhat complicated, if you're listed on your clients' books as the Primary Admin, with an email address that's associated with your Accounting Firm. For this reason, I recommend contacting us outside of Community, so we can assist you in real time, and ensure you're able to transfer the billing in a timely fashion.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
