You can resend the QuickBooks Workforce invitation for your new hire from your payroll settings by sending them a reminder.
Here's how:
- Go to the All apps menu, select Employees under the Payroll dropdown.
- Select the specific employee who needs the invite.
- Go to the Permissions tab, verify that the email address is correct, and then click Send reminder under the Status section.
Once done, your employee will receive a new invitation email. You can also remind them to check their junk or spam folder if the email doesn't show up in their main inbox.
