Yes, you can still renew your QuickBooks Payments account, @capitolhilldelivery. However, you'll need to contact our live support team to help you do this.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help tab at the top near the right side.
  2. From the QuickBooks Assistant, enter your topic.
  3. Pick Contact us.
  4. Choose Callback and click the Have us call you button.
  5. Fill out the contact form. Someone will call you in the timeframe stated on the contact form. Callbacks are available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET.

Once your account is reactivated, ensure to comply with the requirements for FINTRAC to avoid canceling your it again.

Moreover, to learn  if your company is fully compliant with FINTRAC after submitting the requirements, you can visit this article: What you need to know about FINTRAC.
