My subscription was canceled

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online to manage your business's books. It's important to me that you have access to your account to be able to continue working in your books if that's what you need to do, so I'm here to help.

 

For this kinds of situation, more information is going to help us with getting to the bottom of what's going on and help you achieve what you're trying to with the program. If your account has been cancelled and you're not sure why, speaking with tech support is your best option as they'll be able to securely gather your details and let you know what's happened.

 

Apart from being manually cancelled by the user, subscriptions can also be cancelled by things such as missed payments, which is something the support team will ask about. If you're not sure if your payments have been going through, I recommend checking your banking statement before getting in touch.
