You need to be signed in as a primary admin to transfer your billing from your accountant to you, Amy.
Aside from that, you also need to have a payment method and a billing address for your card. Once you have these, proceed with the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Transfer Billing to Myself, then select your current plan.
- Enter your payment information.
Once done, the system will automatically notify your accountant.
If you don't have the Transfer Billing to Myself option, it could be that there's an issue with your browser.
You can resolve this issue by clearing your browser's cache or using a different supported browser to check if it's browser-specific.
