Started an subscription. QB created new business but I've been working on existing one. Need to remove Other businesses and ensure subscription applied to correct one.

To get started, you'd have to cancel the unwanted  account since you'd like to continue using the already existing one. Here's an article that provides more info about canceling an account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-article/cancel-products-services/cancel-quick....

It's important to note that the ability to merge two subscriptions isn't available. Hence, deleting the unwanted account would be right route to take. In case there were charges applied to your card, you can simply request for a refund through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-article/intuit-refunds/request-refund-quickbo.... That worked, thank you!  I was worried it would void the subscription but all is well.
