signed up for QuickBooks for the environmental group, Slocan River Streamkeepers, that I work with. Your offices emailed me a bill on 21 October, 2024. The Streamkeepers board members had decided to manage books in another way, so I cancelled Intuit services via Unsubby on 29 October, 2024 (confirmation received by me, by email, on 30, October 2024). I believe my account was paid up as far as reflected in the 21 Oct bill.
I see that you've billed me on 21 November, 2024. I assume this is for services in October, although we’d made no use of QuickBooks in that month. Please clarify, and assure me that will be the last bill I receive from Intuit. Thank you.
