We have an issue to login, please help

Hello lanaguseva,

 

It's vital you're able to log into your account so you can experience the awesome benefits offered in QuickBooks. Rest assured, I'll be glad to help so you can focus on the things you enjoy the most. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser-related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. 

 

If this issue persists, don't hesitate to reach back to me in the comments below. Feel free to send screenshots for visual reference. You're also more than welcome to cover any sensitive information in the screenshots. Give this a try and let me know how you make out.
