When I try to accept a new client it goes to the login screen, I login, then it says choose the firm. I click on the firm and nothing happens.???

When I try to accept a new client it goes to the login screen, I login, then it says choose the firm. I click on the firm and nothing happens.???

Hi there, 

 

I know how essential it is to be able to accept a new client invitation in QuickBooks Online. Running an accounting firm is made so much easier with QBO, as you can streamline each of your clients in one place. If you're clicking on your firm and you're getting a blank screen, follow the browser troubleshooting steps below to get back on track. 

 

First, clear the cache and cookies in your browser to remove any stored Internet files. These files can build up over time and cause bugs in QBO and other sites. It's important to clear them often in order to allow QuickBooks to run at it's best. If the issue persists, try using Google Chrome's Incognito Mode. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of the browser. It's a great way to diagnose browser issues. Here's more information about what that is, and how to use it: Browse in private. I also recommend trying another browser all together if this doesn't resolve things.
