Upgraded from 2019 to 2020
I have had Quickbooks since 2016. However I just upgraded to 2020 because my tax table no longer works.
Did you encounter any issue? Your company file should be converted easily on QBD 2020.

Since you've posted on this thread, it seems like you may be looking for your license and product numbers to enter into the program. If that's the case, you should have received that information in an email sent to you if you have a subscription. If you've upgraded the program without going through that email, I recommend going back to see if you can find it. It would have been issued in September with 2020's release.
If you don't have a subscription and simply downloaded a copy of 2020, you'll need to purchase license information or sign up for a subscription in order to be able to use the program. Our support team can help you with that or with getting you your license information if you can't find the email from September. QuickBooks Desktop makes it easy to upgrade from one version of Desktop to another. When you purchase a version of QuickBooks Desktop on an existing account the license information is emailed to the primary user on the account. If you're the primary user on the account, I recommend checking your junk or spam box as some email providers filter it there. You can also call our support team and they would be happy to send that email out again. You can reach them at 877-772-9158.
Once you have your license information you can upgrade to the new version by following the steps in this article.

I purchased a QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2021, 15-month Subscription (E-Delivery) from Costco.
I can not locate the "Product Number"!
You have to ask Costco directly. If they are unable to resolve it, you should ask for refund.
Anyway, why did you purchase QB Desktop Pro Plus? It is a QB Desktop US version
