Welcome to the QuickBooks Community and thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online to manage your business's books! The bank feed feature is a useful tool for simplifying data entry and I'm here to make sure you're able to get things up and running with the feed again.

 

We've had various reports lately at QuickBooks support of a few different issues with the RBC bank feed connection, including bank feed error 324, the connection options not showing the correct accounts, and the feed just not updating overall. Whether one of these is the error you have or you're running into a different issue, I recommend starting with the following troubleshooting steps.

 

These steps will ensure that the browser, app, cache, and Internet are primed for working with the data in the cloud without issue. Try a step, go back to the bank feed to see if the problem has been fixed, and if not, try the next step in the list.

If those don't do the trick, connecting with our support team outside of the QuickBooks Community is the best step to take. This will give a member of our team the opportunity to work with you one-on-one, review the back-end connection, and submit a ticket to the engineering team if necessary. Here's how to reach out.

Anyone else have issues with the bank feed connecting with RBC? mine hasn't updated since Nov 19th

I received an email saying that this issue was resolved by qbo - however, nothing has changed and the rbc still isn't synching with the bank feeds? 

 

What do I need to do to get this working again as it's affecting 80% of my clients.

Thanks for joining in on this thread @projects2. It's important that your clients are able to use the bank feeds feature in QBO as expected, because it really helps to streamline the workflow when entering transactions into QuickBooks. As @LauraAB mentioned above, there have been a number of issues reported with the connection between QBO and RBC. Some of these issues have been resolved, as indicated by the email you received, but others are still being worked on by our engineers. 

 

In order to help get to the bottom of this issue I'd need to collect some sensitive account details that cannot be shared on this public forum. The next best way to get the support you need on this is to reach out to our support team outside of the community. If you take a look at the previous replies, you'll see the different ways that you can reach out laid out. I'll leave them at the end of my post as well.

 

Before reaching out, please make sure that you and your clients have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps that @LauraAB laid out above. Sometimes the issues that occur are as a result of the images and files stored in your browser's cache and cookies, and clearing them resolves things. The support team will want to know exactly what you've tried, so please be thorough.
