Currently, we haven't received any issues with Scotiabank not updating transactions. I'm here to help you fix this, Ontario Inc.
You can manually update your bank to get the most recent transactions instead. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
- From the Banking tab, select the account you’re having trouble with.
- Select Update to download the latest transactions.
- Once the transactions are downloaded, select Add or Match to reconcile them with existing transactions in QuickBooks.
