We understand how inconvenient it is when a feature that worked perfectly suddenly stops connecting. To clarify, are you referring to the manual CSV/file upload or the automatic bank feed that pulls transactions nightly?
If you are using the automatic feed, I recommend logging into the RBC website to check for maintenance or temporary outages.
After verifying there are no bank-side problems, click the Update tab next to the Link account dropdown on the Bank transactions page. This prompts QuickBooks to refresh the connection, which can often restore the sync.
Also, may I know if you are encountering any error messages when connecting your bank to QBO? This will help us provide you with a more accurate solution.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank statements using a CSV file. Once uploaded, you’ll be able to categorize the transactions and proceed with the reconciliation process.
