Hello, otaki. When transactions from your bank and credit card accounts are swapped, it is due to incorrect mapping of these accounts during the initial bank feed setup or while uploading a CSV file.
If you manually uploaded the transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you need to exclude the wrong transactions and reupload them to the correct account. To proceed, go to the Bank transactions tab and select the account tile with the wrong transactions. Select all the incorrect transactions by ticking the checkbox. Click Exclude to remove them from the feed. If the wrong transactions are already in the Posted page, you need to Undo it first, then exclude. Repeat for the other account. Once done, you can manually upload the transactions again and ensure to select the correct account when uploading.
If you connected your accounts to QBO, you need to disconnect and reconnect them to correct the mapping. To do this, go to the Bank transactions tab and select the account tile with the wrong transactions. Click the Pencil icon, then Edit account details. Scroll down and tick Disconnect this account on save, then hit Save. Click Update to refresh your bank transactions. Repeat the disconnection for the other account. Once the disconnection for both accounts is done, review if there are any wrong transactions from each account and exclude them. If the transaction is already posted, Undo it first, then exclude. Afterwards, you can connect your bank once again and ensure that you map each bank account to the correct QBO account (bank to bank, credit to credit).
Once the accounts are properly mapped, you will see your bank transactions correctly synced to their corresponding accounts.
