Banking system update sync is locked and now has not been updated for 2 days can someone please help?

Hi there, 

 

Syncing your bank account to QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to save you time and effort with your bookkeeping. Transactions are automatically updated each evening, and it's essential that none of your transactions get left behind. I'd be happy to explain some steps you can try if you're noticing that your account isn't updating properly. 

 

Try to trigger a manual update by clicking Banking > Update. This may help pull in your missing transactions. 

 

If you're seeing a particular banking error (e.g. Bank Error 104), you can simply enter this error code into the Community search page to find specific steps to resolve this error. 

 

Another great way to resolve these types of issues is to complete some basic browser troubleshooting. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser to remove stored Internet files that can build up over time and cause bugs. If the issue persists, you can also try using Incognito mode with Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in private. You can also switch to a different browser.
