Let me be the first to welcome you back to QuickBooks! Glad to have you. Tracking your business data is a key part of Bookkeeping and I'd be happy to help you with this.
Currently the only way to wipe an account in QuickBooks Online would be within the first 90 days of starting it. After this point the only way to remove information would be to manually delete it or use a third party app to delete it. You can access our third party app's page by clicking on the Apps tab on the dashboard. You can also export the information to Excel and import it into a new company file or just start new if you rather go that route. You can export to Excel by following the steps in this article.
