When you update or connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system typically downloads the last 90-days of transactions, depending on your financial institution.
Since December 2025 falls outside the standard 90-day window for an April 2026 connection, those entries likely won't appear in the automatic feed.
To include them, you may need to manually upload your bank transactions into QBO.

Alternatively, you can check with your bank to see if they support syncing a longer transaction history directly.
