Hello there, info. The reason you aren't seeing the Action button is that QuickBooks actually reserves the Undo tool exclusively for QuickBooks Online Accountant subscriptions. If you have an accountant, the fastest way to fix this is to invite them to your account since they can use their specialised dashboard to undo the entire reconciliation for you in one go.
However, if you prefer to fix this yourself using your standard subscription, you'll have to manually unreconcile each transaction within the account register.
You can follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Accounting tab and open your Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate the account you want to modify and click View Register.
3. Click on the transaction you wish to change to see more options.
4. In the column with the checkmarks, click on the R until the box is blank.
5. Make sure to click Save when you finish.
Once the box is empty, that transaction is no longer considered reconciled, and your opening balance for the next reconciliation will automatically adjust to reflect the changes. However, I'd still recommend consulting your accountant to double-check these changes to keep your books in balance.
