To view your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can adjust the date range filter in the banking tab and update the bank feed to refresh the connection.
Here's how:
- Go back to your Bank transactions page.
- Select the bank account you want to review.
- Utilize the filter options and set the desired date range.
- Choose All dates and specify the range by entering a From and To date.
- Finally, click the Apply button.
If the transaction is still missing, you can manually update it since your bank might be experiencing connection problems that delay syncing.
- In the Bank transactions page, select the bank account you wish to update.
- Click the Update button located directly above the bank display.
- Go to the For review tab to check if missing transactions display.
If you still cannot find the transaction, you can manually upload your transactions in QBO.
