First, I'd like to start by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. One of the easy methods of troubleshooting is clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies cleans your browser allowing it to function more efficiently without having to worry about your browser info getting deleted.
