Hi Ambar-
Unless the card is solely used for business purposes, you probably don't want to link the card to your QBO account. Depending upon the type of small business you're running, you may wish to consider obtaining a business credit card to limit the cross over between your business and personal finances.
Instead, you can import any relevant credit card transactions via report from your bank instead: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/import-transactions/manually-upload-transactions-i...
Hi there ambarbathandbeau,
Making sure your business finances are accounted for correctly is an important part of your bookkeeping. As LeithG has stated, if this card is also used for personal purposes, and you don't want the balance to be shown to all users, you shouldn't have it connected.
If you have it connected and want to disconnect it, you can navigate to the Banking tab. Click on the Pencil icon located to the right of that specific account, then select Edit account info. You cal check the Disconnect this account on save option, then Save and close.
