My transactions are not updating since December 31st. I have tried numerous times to verify my banking information and I'm continuously told "Hmmm, that didn't work"

I've changed my password, I can access my desktop site, but the app on my phone will not allow me to "fix issues"

Hello there, @Miss Robin76.
 
I would like to ask few questions to further clarify your issue. May I know which bank account you are using to connect to your QuickBooks (QB) account? Have you checked your bank's website for any notifications that might explain why your transactions haven't updated? Have you tried performing some basic trouble shooting steps on the app?
 

If you haven't,  I recommend doing so to remove any historical data that may be causing the issue.
 
First, uninstall and reinstall the application, then login to your account to refresh the connection.
 
If the issue still persists, you can clear up data of the software data on your device by following these steps:
 

For iOs:

 

  1. Go to the Settings, then tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then press the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will give you more storage space without deleting your app’s saved documents or data.
     

For Android:
 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.
     

If the issue continues after checking with your bank and going through basic troubleshooting, I suggest reaching out to our Live Support team. They’ll help investigate the cause and provide a solution.
 
In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions into QB through the web browser to keep your records updated.
