Hi, 7sssss. In QuickBooks Online (QBO) Canada, the option to directly connect credit card accounts from the Chart of accounts is currently unavailable. Instead, you can link it through the Bank transactions page.
1. Navigate to the Bank transactions from the Accounting menu.
2. Click on the Link account.
3. Follow the prompts to select your financial institution and link your credit card account.
Once connected, QBO will automatically download transactions for the linked credit card, and you can begin categorizing them.
