Hi, soll. Missing transactions during reconciliation are typically due to date ranges or clearing statuses. Let's check the Account History in your Chart of Accounts to confirm the transactions were posted correctly. Ensure the status is C (Cleared) or blank, an R (Reconciled) status prevents them from appearing in the reconciliation tab.


If the account and status are correct but transactions still aren't showing, review your reconciliation period. Transactions dated even one day after the statement end date will remain hidden unless you click Edit info to adjust the date range. Additionally, click the Funnel icon to ensure no active filters are hiding your data.
