QB Online and Coast Capital are once again not connecting properly. Are other people have the same issue?

Connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Online is the most convenient way to keep track of your business transactions and stay organized. Connection issues can occur for a variety of reasons. I'd be happy to explain what may be happening with your Coast Capital account. 

 

Our engineers have been made aware of an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Online and Coast Capital bank. The issue many users are experiencing is the inability to enter a new password after updating this on the banking website. If this is the issue you're having, I'd encourage you to reach out to our tech support team so you can get added to the list of impacted accounts. This means you'll be the first to know when things get back up and running.

 

If you're running into a different kind of issue, try triggering a manual update by clicking Banking > Update


If the issue persists and you're getting a specific error message, such as Bank Error 103, you can simply type the error code into the QuickBooks Community to see how to get it resolved.

I'm just wondering if they is any updated on this issue with Coast Capital. It has been a month since I've been able to updated my accounts
