Having your bank account connected to QuickBooks is a great way to manage your transactions and save time. I'll be happy to share more information about how the bank feeds work.
The QB Online bank feeds rely on the information from your bank. Based on what you've described, I recommend reaching out to your bank to find out why your account isn't reflecting the Feb 29 transaction, unless it was manually added to your QB account. I also encourage you to check your the description of the transaction to make sure you're seeing the same transaction.
