You can utilize a 3rd party app as a workaround.
It is possible to export transactions from RBC Express and import them to Quickbooks Online.
Under the "Transaction Search" menu, select "Download Transactions".
Select the date range and account you want to import to QBO and choose "Generic OFX" as the file format.
