The bank transfer has skipped three months in the linking - I have April and August but no May June or july

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) as a workaround.

Hello CTT2. Thanks for reaching out here. When there are missing transactions on the account, I recommend manually uploading them so your banking is up-to-date in QuickBooks.
