Hi aimeefairweather,

Making sure your bank is properly linked to your QuickBooks Online account is a great way to keep your accounts up to date. I can help go over this with you.

Syncing your bank account to QuickBooks Online is a quick and easy process that allows you to download your recent bank transactions into your account. When you log into your bank account through QuickBooks Online you gain access to any account that is linked to that bank log in. If your business accounts aren't showing it may be the wrong RBC account you selected when reconnecting or wrong log in info. A quick way to remedy this would be to log into your business accounts through any web browser and copy the banks URL that you used. From there you can disconnect your bank from the accounts you have it linked to by following the steps in this article. Once it's disconnected you can go to Transactions>Banking>Connect Account and paste the URL that you used to access your business bank accounts and log in. If you run into any errors when connecting you can fix them by following the steps here.

Hope that was able to help.
