May I confirm if this account was reconciled successfully in previous months?
You can check the transactions that caused the beginning balance mismatch by clicking the We can help you fix it link to open the Reconciliation Discrepancy report.
Here's how:
- Hover over to All apps, go to the Accounting, and then select Reconcile.
- Choose your credit card account, then enter the ending balance and the ending date.
- Click Start reconciling.
- Select We can help you fix it.
Once confirmed, begin correcting the transactions and then reconcile the account again.
