I am so sorry your facing this issue. Let me try an help. It almost sounds like you are attempting to work with the QuickBooks Online Mobile APP. To ensure you are logging in to the correct company file, you will want to check your username and password being used. You will want to make sure you are using your log in credentials that are linked to the company file you are trying to view.

To work through some basic troubleshooting steps you can try the following:

1. Log out of your QuickBooks Online APP
2. To review your log in credentials, log into your QuickBooks Online on your computer or laptop to ensure you are using the correct log in credentials
3. Once your log in credentials have been verified on a separate device, try logging into your QBO APP
4. If you log into your QBO APP and it's still taking you to a separate company file you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the APP and repeat the steps above

If for whatever reason you get stuck on any of the steps you can now request a callback feature right inside your QuickBooks Online to speak with an Intuit QuickBooks Online customer support agent during regular business hours to help you. They will also be able to assist to ensure the correct log in credentials are being used:
