Having control over your subscription charges is so important. While I'm sad to see you go, I realize that you have to make the right choice for you and your business. I'll explain the steps for deleting your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription if you no longer need it.
If you purchased QuickBooks Self-Employed through the app store, cancel your subscription in Google Play or iTunes & App store.
To cancel the account from a browser:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Go to Settings ⚙ beside the help icon.
- Select Billing Info, then Cancel subscription. If you change your mind, you can select Keep your subscription.
To cancel the account on iOS (iPhone or iPad):
- Open the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Tap the Profile icon, then Settings.
- Tap Subscription, then Cancel or manage your subscription here.
To cancel on Android:
- Open the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Tap the Profile icon, then Subscription.
- Tap Cancel or manage your subscription here.
