An important step when connecting a bank or credit card account is to select the date range for the download. Some banks download the last 90 days of transactions while others go back as far as 24 months. If you didn't choose the correct date range before connecting your bank account, or your bank goes as far as the last 90 days of transactions, that could explain why QuickBooks didn't download from November 2019 to April 2020.
